« Communication avant notre arrivée difficile. Chambre d'aspect 4 étoiles, mais les finitions laissent à désirer (carrelage derrière le canapé, pots de peintures ouverts dans le couloir,...). "À notre arrivée, la fenêtre de la chambre était ouverte alors qu’il faisait 0 °C dehors. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas et, malgré notre réclamation à la réception, le problème n’a pas été résolu : on nous a simplement donné des draps supplémentaires au lieu de nous changer de chambre ou de réparer le chauffage. Nous avons été très déçus, et j’ai malheureusement fini par tomber malade à cause du froid dans la chambre."
