This house is located a short walk to the beach. The private pool was nice and we were able to see a sea turtle from the private dock. The home had all the standard equipment as needed for a week-long stay. Our listing said there was a hot tub and had a picture of a gas grill, neither were included but the owner was very responsive when I brought those issues up and the listing has been edited. Public beach access is close by, and the pier and general store (and ice cream!) are only a few blocks away as well. The owner was prompt and polite in all communications. The house was in a great location just a few blocks to the pier. The property was clean, well stocked, and the pool was a hit with the kids and adults when we decided not to go to the beach. The house had plenty of space, and then some with lots of water views. Close to beach access. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was even a welcome bag with a starter kit of essentials. Beds were comfortable and clean. We had a slight problem with the pools heater not working but owner was responsive and issued a refund for the inconvienence. Would stay here again. ##### Michele H.
