One is the great location - not only is it Oceanside but it’s also right by the three restaurants on Holden Beach. Second is the communication from the owners. They are very responsive and willing to help. We’ve stayed at other beach houses that didn’t have any amenities like soap, towels, toilet paper, etc but this place was stocked and clean sheets were on the beds. Because we booked so last minute we were a little worried about the turnaround from the property manager but it was the best communication from a VRBO I have experienced and we were even able to add on a few nights when the weather cooperated.
