The past owners were great to deal with and so are the new owners. They were helpful and courteous with any questions, but beyond that, they checked in to ensure we were safe and happy during Tropical Storm Debby. Last year we stayed in the upstairs section and this year we stayed below. Staying below you can hear if kids above are running but that was the only downfall to staying below. The beach is just a short walk and we enjoyed the beach chairs and wagon provided. The house had everything we needed and had plenty of extra space too. The pool was a nice plus!
