Relaxing Family Weekend

The property was perfect for spending time with extended family. The common areas were large, comfortable, and well-appointed. We had enough bedrooms for eleven family members with room to spare. The bathrooms were very nice and ensuite, which was great. The wrap-around view was unbeatable--what a gorgeous setting!

The house and location are by far unbelievable! All the windows in the house make watching the sunrise and sunset just wonderful!

Fantastic Beach Getaway!! This is what you're looking for!!

A short review cannot do this property justice. With it's breath-taking views, easy beach access, and great layout, this house is where you want to bring a group or family for a great getaway. Located at the end of a gated community, the home offers views on three sides with spectacular setting sun picture opportunities. Also the house is well appointed with a double kitchen - two refrigerators, and two dishwashers. Additionally, there's even a third refrigerator in the first floor game room. The rooms are large and well laid out. We traveled with a family of 15 (four generations worth) and all families had ample room to include pack-n plays and portable cribs. With balconies all around, everyone had the private space they needed. The owners were super helpful and accommodating, and answered within moments each time we had a question. In summary, we will definitely be returning and can't recommend this house enough.

Great house

We love this house. Renovations were great. We have been coming to OIB for 30 years. We have stayed in this house several years ago. Great location. Management team was great. We worked a lot with Aly. She greeted us at the house and showed us around. The team was very quick in answering any of our questions. I would recommend this house. Some decorations in The house would help warm it up. Need to do something about the access to the beach ( thanks for coming and shoveling us a path, it helped). Otherwise no complaints, we Loved it!!

A little piece of heaven

This house was a little piece of heaven! The layout of the house was perfect for a large family gathering. The decks offer the most gorgeous views on the island. We enjoyed walking out into the inlet at low tide. The pool was perfect for a big family and the elevator was a huge plus since we had our mom with us. Josh was an excellent host and went well over what was expected to make sure we were comfortable and happy! You won’t be sorry staying at this lovely home! In fact, we hope to make it make next year!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much!! You can’t beat the 3-sided views of the ocean. There was tons of space to hang out inside and outside. My kids loved having the ocean and the pool! Everything was super clean and well maintained. We will definitely be coming back!
