I pressed the call button for night service and waited for a few minutes before anyone answered. When a guy came up, i could not hear a word he was saying becuase the hotel is right next to the freeway as it was loud. Also, i could not understand his english very well. He let me in the lobby and it was much better to converse. Not impressed at all with the welcome or the fact that the wifi password was not legible and the room was cold (AC was on) when I got in there. Also the phone cord was broken and I had to hold it into the phone when I called the front desk. I was told immediately by the front desk (window) that there's no breakfast at all even if the price booked showing one free breakfast. Coincidently, in-room coffee maker didn't work. There's no heating (the in-room control panel apparently stopped working) even when the temperature dropped to low 40s and during night when there was only a thing layer of blanket covering my body. Hair drier didn't work so I went to sleep with wet hear. More importantly, the front desk phone was always busy! On top of all these, I seriously don't understand how people reviewed this place as quiet.
