The location is a hefty walk to the lifts and to rent bikes. It's a hard ride back uphill to the unit with DH rental bikes. I would recommend dropping them off at the rental place overnight. Rental needs a little love (shower fixtures, walls are a little beat up) but still enjoyable. Only miss was the cleanliness and condition of the hot tub. ##### Bryan M. Great ski out/in and fun open area behind the house to let the kids play in the snow. The place itself was clean and as listed.
