"Upon our arrival, an employee greeted us and helped with luggage. The public area was elegant and displayed so many beautiful artwork and antiques. Being at the top of a hill and by the ocean/bay, the view was gorgeous especially during cherry blossom season. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection mainly Japanese food including pacific lobster miso soup. There was a spacious coffee/tea ( snacks) area with the same beautiful view. "Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The onsens are an additional nice touch. The downside is how far it is from the downtown area, but the shuttle makes that a non issue, also the bus drops you off right at the door. A convenience store nearby is also good if you need late night food."
