This home accommodates up to 2 cars and 1 trailer. If you require additional parking, please contact us to check if extra vehicles can be accommodated.
Pet-friendly for one small dog (under 40 lbs) with a paid pet fee of $250. Please notify us at time of booking.
Note: The boat lift is not available for guest use, however there is dockage at the home that can accommodate up to a 27' boat.

This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all guests need to be registered with the Rental manager. No smoking. Utilities are included within reason.
All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. There is a security camera on the front of the house facing the street. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
