We were a group of 15 enjoying skiing in Engelberg and the house fit us to perfection. John was absolutely marvellous helping us in any way necessary we cannot be thankful enough. "Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. "Ein schönes Ferienhaus in ausgezeichneter Lage. Von dort aus kann man sehr viel erkunden. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, alles da was man benötigt. Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Herd, Nespresso und alles an Geschirr/ Besteck was man benötigt wird. Wünschenswert wäre es jedoch, wenn die Räume alle beheizt wären. Gerade Kinderzimmer, Dusche und Schlafzimmer ohne Heizung."
