« We were given someone else’s room. Thankfully the person had a latch on so we couldn’t get in, but how scary is it that not only were we given a key for someone else’s room, but the front attendant asked me if there was someone in the room when we said we couldn’t get in and the door was latched. The doors that should have been locked on the backside of the building were either not locked or the door just didn’t work. It’s in a weird location as well. « The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for. »

« The room was clean, I was very happy. The showers were amazing. But when you're staying for 3 days a microwave would be really nice because a lot of food gets wasted. They did bring me refrigerator which was very nice for my energy drinks and diet sodas and water. But a microwave would be very very helpful. I had fish and chips down at the sports bar I couldn't finish it all. She said can I can wrap it up? I said no need because there's no microwave anywhere, and cold fish is no good. »

« We at the last minute Booked this Hotel and when you walked in it Smells Wonderful! The Room was very clean, yes normal wear and tear but the bed sheets was clean and the beds was very comfortable! We all got a good nights sleep!! The air works very well as well, we like sleeping in a cold room! Very happy with our stay we will definitely be using them again!! »

« They are in obvious renovation mode…though our room was comfortable inside, it was obvious we were in the middle of the construction out in the hall & elevator. Bed was good, pillows not so much. :/ Breakfast was better than we’ve experienced in the recent past (@ other Marriott’s). »

« We got in at 11pm at night and was not expecting a motel style stay. The person checking us in was pleasant at the beginning but then quickly made a rude remark to my son. He is 4 and exhausted from being in holiday world all afternoon and didnt say hello. The man then made a comment of, "oh, he's never seen a foreigner before." After getting check in taken care of and getting to our room, the floor was completely soaked. From the front carpet to the tile in the bathroom. It was late enough...

« Easy check in. Very clean facility and room. Would stay again. Won’t beat what is offered for the price. Only negative would be to add a few more breakfast items. »

« Floor and bathroom were not very clean with hair in shower and floors. Dresser between beds had a drawer that wouldn't stay shut. Also the mattress for the couch bed was terrible, not clean and nasty stains in it. Room also did not have enough towels or bedding. Definitely disappointed for the price we paid for the room. Didn't look like much pride was in it anymore. »

« Room was musty smelling. Bathroom didn’t have any air circulation so it was always damp. Constant blinking light on smoke detector was distracting at night. Staff was friendly but seemed short staffed as there was rarely someone at the front desk. »
