« I don’t often write reviews but our stay was absolutely perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed for a bbq, the towels were especially nice and plenty of them. The house was very clean! We had five adults and a couple of toddlers and we had plenty of places to sleep. We saw deer out of our window every day which was so fun for the little ones. The only complaint I could come up with is the downstairs bed is full/double sized (as it says in the listing) and it’s a tad small for two adults....

« Wonderful place near downtown Medford. My husband and I loved our stay here. We were in town on a business trip for several days and wanted a place with a full kitchen. This fit our needs perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet. Cartwright Market is very close for provisions and excellent sandwiches. The home is very clean and well maintained. « I had a chance to stay at the “Courtside” cottage for 2 weeks. Everything was well appointed, the bedding was of top quality sheets and pillows and the kitchen was very efficient. Many great touches and thought was taken to all the details and information about the cottage as well as things to do in town. It’s in a very private location and the entrance and parking was off the main street but was very walkable to the shops and restaurants. Communication with Michael, the owner, was very good. I...

« Great place, a cosy beautifully decorated old house with (unheated) enclosed porches where there is an added bedroom, half bath, service porch with washer & dryer, laundry sink where dishes are washed and the refrigerator. »

« So grateful for the quality of this place that takes pets! When someone is staying in the Lodge next door it’s good to at least meet each other, and cooperate to share the outdoor spaces. Plenty of room for everyone. Lovely part of the Rogue Valley. »

« We had a quick trip (one night) and we were thoroughly surprised by the magic of this Grants Pass haven! Teresa is a lovely host , one of those people you could hang with for hours. She has created a community where all the guests mingle- just enough! The property is peaceful and serene and the quaint cottage has everything needed. I can’t think of one negative thing to say . « My husband took me to the Tigers Den for a vacation away from our hectic everyday life...lol It was very nice and we love Jacksonville. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this little town even if it is only about 12 miles from home. »

« Charming little one-room cottage, scrupulously clean, fantastic winery just over the bridge on the Applegate River. I liked seeing the sheep and goats out in the pasture through the bathroom window as I was brushing my teeth! »

« Wonderful. All that it was advertised. A bit hilly and far for two 70-year-olds to walk downtown, but that hardly spoiled what was otherwise a wonderful stay. The cottage is perfect for two people. Lots of lights, Clean. And cozy. Thank you! »

« The two bedroom apartment was perfect for my friend and I. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and smelled fresh. Loved the beds and couch. The hot tub was cold upon arrival and was just warm enough in the morning.. but the property manager was sympathetic and gave us a full refund for the night! Will try to stay here again sometime but will send a reminder to please heat up the tub on the morning before check in. Overall pretty great and across from Del Rio Vineyard.. lovely. »
