Our property offers additional sleeping arrangements for up to 4 more guests, bringing the total capacity to 16\. Please note that these extra four spots are suitable for families with children. Unfortunately, the property cannot accommodate 16 adult guests. This property is located in Rural area of New Hampshire on Highland lake. Make sure you come in through the Washington side of the lake. If you come in through Stoddard you will have to turn around and go all the way around the lake. The property is located 5 miles down an improved dirt road. \--> IMPORTANT: No boats over 25\` are allowed. Please keep in mind that the lake is shallower compared to bigger lakes. Big boats that sit deeper in the water are not recommended. (pontoons, ski boats, fishing boats and bow riders are recommended). IMPORTANT INFO: \--> Guest have access to Private association beach which is adjacent to property. You can see it in the pictures. \--> Make sure to take a picture or print check-in instructions and Wi-Fi info before leaving home as there is no cell service. Also might be a good idea to print directions. \--> This is a rural area and bears are occasionally seen. Please be aware and keep all food inside the home and trash in designated bins. \--> Make sure you come in through the Washington side of the lake. If you come in through Stoddard you will have to turn around and go all the way around the lake. \--> The property is on an improved dirt road. \--> Make sure to bring your groceries on the way in as the nearest grocery store is 30 mins away in Hillsborough and there is a convenience store 15 min away in Washington. \--> Property is conveniently located 20 min away from Pillsbury State park and 50 min from Keene VERY IMPORTANT: \--> If you cancel your reservation 31 days before your check-in we will refund you 100% of your payment minus the Credit Card processing fee of 3.9%. We also recommend all guest purchase trip insurance as it is relatively affordable, and protects you against unforeseen situations. \--> For guest wanting to use provided kayak please bring your own life jackets as we only provide a couple and might not have your size. To ensure the well-being of everyone who stays in our property, we strictly enforce a no-smoking policy. SMOKING FEE: A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found within the premises. This fee is intended to cover the costs associated with professional odor removal and restoration of the property to its smoke-free condition. Our property is routinely inspected for smoke odors after every reservation. If smoking is detected during or after your stay, the smoking fee will be applied to cover the necessary cleaning and restoration processes. The property was beautiful and incredibly clean. Clean enough for two newly mobile infants to crawl around without too much worry! The host was very accommodating and we loved the cabin. It was perfect for a group. The lake is gorgeous!
