"The worst experience ever. If we could give a minus of any number it would not even been enough. A message was sent to go in with a code on the door. THERE WAS NO ELAVATOR and going up the stairs with all of the suitcases for three floor specially for my husband that had low back surgery . "Very nice hotel in a great location with classic charm. The shower was a bit dated and the hotel is massive so being far from the elevator can be a chore. Food and beverage options were limited as the bar was under renovation and the restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. This was a let down and not up to 5 star standards. Most of the staff was very friendly but one sour apple spoils to bunch and there was one rude one."
