« Staff were lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and very grateful for the extra help on check out day to prepare for a family wedding - thank you. Pool and grounds are beautiful. « Poorly managed property - they'll be in touch like clockwork to get your security deposit payment then don't deliver details of how to pickup keys come check-in time. After a few call attempts they blamed it on the cleaner "forgetting" to put the key in the lock box. We were greeted with dirty dishes from the last guest and our request for a 3rd bed not fulfilled. They told me that I forgot to put that request into them... funny considering I have it clearly noted on their confirmation email...

« Tell people when they book that it's a work site with jackhammers and that basic amenities are out of order the actual apartment was beautiful but getting in and out was a pain and you knew I was in a wheelchair but your workmen blocked the wheelchair access and laughed at my difficulties »

« Looking at it outside smashed windows, very old looking needing some tlc but wait till you try to sleep toilet ran all night, walls windows are not sound proof can hear the music banging all night from nearby bars and clubs last night went from 10pm to 6am then the street cleaning started would never stay there again »

« Room was ok for a single night. Apartments did not seem well built. Had poor ventilation and smelt of curry. Bad sound insulation. Beds ok, not great. Pillows need improvement. Parking in street was fine. We could hear people banging around at 5:30. Linen was good quality and clean. Room was clean. We haven’t stayed in Adelaide before so nothing to compare with but it seemed expensive for what we got. »
