Beautiful updated condo just steps from the Steamboat Gondola! The location is ideal any time of year for your Steamboat vacation! Air conditioning added in the fall of 2023 to make the summer months more comfortable. In the winter and spring, ski nearly to the condo at the end of the day and securely leave your equipment in the locked ski storage. In the mornings, be on the Gondola within 2 minutes. In the summer and fall, it is a great location for accessing mountain biking, hiking, viewing the fall foliage, and exploring all that Steamboat offers. The property has recently been updated with granite countertops, new sinks and faucets, new flooring, updated window coverings, ceiling fans in all main rooms, sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, new washer, dryer, refrigerator and updated furnishings throughout. We consistent update with new features every year. New gas fireplace insert installed recently for cozy evenings by the fire. Shops, restaurants, the gondola and the new ice rink are just outside your door. In the summer, the ice rink is transformed into a family entertainment area with yard games and an amphitheater for concerts and outdoor movies. The unit is on the first floor with easy access to the hot tubs, fire pit, and grills. The free city shuttle stops just yards from the front door every 15- 30 minutes, depending on the season and time of day or use the complimentary shuttle service available as part of your stay. Enjoy all of the comforts of home with an in-unit washer and dryer, a well-equipped kitchen, smart TV to stream your favorite shows. The condo had everything we needed for sleeping, cooking meals and relaxing in the living room or on the deck. And if you don't want to cook, there are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance or you can take the free shuttle which is just steps from the condo. We really enjoyed being so close to Gondola Square, there is always something fun happening there! Our host was attentive and responsive to our requests during our stay. Skiing in when gets close to the condo is very narrow and not defined, but it is such an easy and short walk between the condo and the slopes that didn’t matter to us.For the ones going to Stars Adaptive Recreation Program, their office is a 2 minute easy walk from the condo. We were comfortable throughout our stay with the climate control in the unit. I enjoyed coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings on the patio, watching the world go by!
