It's got a great location and the owner provides lots of small unexpected amenities, including various spices and basics in the kitchen to make it homey. It's well taken care of and in good shape - in other words, it actually looks like the pictures. The garage is heated and evidently there's a hot tub on property we totally missed, so we'll have to head back and check that out. Comfortable unit with well equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, counter seating and dining table for 4 and two parking spaces (one in garage- our Honda CRV fit in). Less than 5 minute drive to parking at steamboat ski resort and at most 15 minutes into Town, but grocery and pharmacy are also 5 min away. We did see people waiting for city shuttle to the mountain, but did not use. We also found our way to the association’s hot tub after skiing.
