"On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels. "We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Having private parking on-site was a big advantage and made our stay much more convenient. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city centre and close to restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Ulcinj and would gladly stay here again."
