The gym is very dated with multiple machines not working and the property is a little run down but in such a great place with nature all around. Beach was nice for swimming and snorkelling! Great experience and would definitely return."

"My stay in Barbados was exactly what I was looking for. It was affordable, conveniently located near great food spots and shops, and just a short distance from the beach—which made everything super easy and enjoyable. The place had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was very clean, and the AC and smart TV were great amenities that made it even more relaxing after a long day out. The location really made a difference—being able to walk to nearby restaurants and stores while also having quick access to the beach was perfect. "The hosts were very friendly from the time of first contact at booking through the entire rental period. Alvon and Sandy were very attentive to our needs, requests and questions; Alvon even checked with us online at least once a week to see how we were getting on, and at one point even brought us a gift of some local fresh seafood! (We enjoyed it very much.) The house was very clean, nicely appointed and furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay -- including 3-1/2 bathrooms, which is very important for travelling seniors! The location was near a large mall for shopping/food needs, and not far from several smaller local markets, including a fruit & veggie vendor on the sidewalk at the turn-off to the house.Several lovely beaches & snorkeling, restaurants & cafes within a short drive from the house.All in all, the most enjoyable and comfortable experience in a rental home that we have had in over 25 years of international travel."
