Welcome to your tropical paradise, 306 St. Kitts! This East End condo sleeps up to 2 adults. It's just steps away from one pool and under a 3-minute walk to the second pool (next to Sudi's Restaurant) St. Kitts 306 offers breathtaking views looking over Sapphire Beach and Marina. Newly renovated, the condo is a fully furnished studio, 1 bathroom, and full kitchen with modern appliances like an Emeril Lagasse Air Fyer and much more to make your stay comfortable. Resort-Style Amenities & Local Flavor Sapphire Beach Resort offers everything you need for a perfect getaway, including: 2 pools, 4 restaurants, a beach bar, a coffee shop, and shopping. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat, a fun-filled beach vacation, or a relaxing getaway, this Sapphire Beach condo is the perfect destination. Even though the condo is on the 3rd floor, it has zero steps between the parking area and the condo. The condo itself has no stairs and is a 20 second walk away from the pool. This makes it a great option for those with mobility concerns. You get the great views of being on the third floor without all the stairs typically needed to get there! \*\*Important to note that Sapphire Village is up on a hill above Sapphire Beach. If you plan on walking to the beach, you will need to be able to handle walking up down a hill or renting a car to drive down to the beach.\*\* :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Where you'll be staying: \- Primary Bedroom: King Bed \- Guest Bed: Air mattress \- Max occupancy: 2 adults ( +toddler/infant) There is an air mattress if you are bringing a toddler under the age of 2\. The association will impose a fine of $150/day per person over the age of 2\. Bathrooms \- 1 full bathroom \- Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, paper products, and a hair dryer Kitchen & Dining \- Fully equipped kitchen with Emeril Lagasse air fryer, toaster, drip coffee maker, pots and pans, and more! \- Salt, pepper, and assorted spices (leftover extras often available) Laundry Paid laundry is located in the marina office at Sapphire Marina just down the hill from the Village condos. The laundry is open from 7:30am to 10:00 pm. Tokens can be purchased in the office. Temperature & Power Notes \- AC unit in the main living area - there is a sump pump on the AC that will pump the humidity out. Depending on how cold the AC is set, it can kick on frequently.
