This is the perfect budget stay in the perfect location! Sapphire House condominiums offer simple, no-fuss accommodations with everything you'll need to enjoy your vacation.  
  
Walk to Sapphire Beach in about 5 minutes, drive or take a safari taxi to the Red Hook area in less than 5 minutes, and find more local beaches, Coki or Linquist Beach, in less than 10 minutes.  
  
Cozy and very functional for up to two people, this tiny living space is the perfect location for your St. Thomas vacation!  
  
This quaint studio condo offers one large room with a king-size bed, a comfortable and large sofa, two bar stools, a TV, a small table with two bohemian-style chairs, and a bathroom with a stand-up shower and toilet.  
  
You can also enjoy sitting outside on your private balcony catching a partial ocean view and a great breeze!  
  
This condo offers a full kitchen stocked with all your cooking basics.  
  
You will have access to the entire studio condo and a private balcony.  
  
There is also a community laundry room that is shared with other residents and guests. The washer cost is $3.50 per wash and the dryer is also $3.50 per dry. We recommend bringing quarters as there is no on-site change dispenser.  
  
You won't see us unless you need us! Philo Villas is committed to being available by phone 24/7 for our guests.  
  
The Sapphire House condo is located in a safe and busy area of St. Thomas!  
  
This is a great location if you like to keep busy on vacations. Walk to Sapphire Beach, three restaurants, and less than a five-minute drive to Red Hook! You will also be close to the ferry to St. John and several other beaches.  
  
Lindquist Beach - 2-minute drive  
  
Coki Beach - 7-minute drive  
  
Secret Harbor Beach - 7-minute drive  
  
Magen's Bay Beach - 20-minute drive  
  
STT Airport - 30-minute drive  
  
St. Thomas is not a walking community, so a vehicle is needed to get to most all locations. Renting a vehicle is truly the best way to explore St. Thomas and this is what we recommend.  
  
If you're uncomfortable driving, no worries, this condo is located in an area where it is easier to find and pick up taxis. You can also easily catch the safari taxis from this location. We also have a great list of trusted drivers that we are happy to share.  
  
1\. There is no backup generator at this property. You will not have wifi or electricity when the power is out on the island. There is no guarantee for electricity at this location.  
  
2\. This is a condominium unit. You will walk through community halls to reach the front door. Also, please be aware that there are three stair-climbing flights and no elevator.  
  
3\. You will share a wall with guests in unit #301. Please be respectful of noise and loud voices.  
  
4\. There is only a partial ocean view at this property. The balcony overlooks several parking lots that service surrounding condominium communities and a small soccer field. You will walk through these rocky, unpaved parking lots to get to Sapphire Beach and you can occasionally hear noise from the soccer field.  
  
5\. Wi-Fi and TV connections can not be guaranteed. Being on an island can cause spotty or irregular connections. There is no guarantee for Wi-Fi or an internet connection at this location.  
  
6\. We DO NOT accept third-party reservations. If you are booking under your name, you must be present during the reservation dates.

#### Perfect for us!

I’ll have to admit that when I book, I always hope I’ll be dealing directly with the owner as my experience with property management companies has not been favorable. However, this wasn’t the case this time because working with Philo Villas Properties couldn’t have been better. The studio was just what we expected, clean and comfortable. A quick walk to a great beach, or if going to a different beach, taxis right on hand. The couple of very small problems were responded to in a flash. Our only recommendation is that we are fresh air people and if there had been screens on the windows, we wouldn’t have used the ac at all. Thanks for helping to make our third trip to St. Thomas even better than the last.

#### Great condo for the price and location

This property was great for the price and location. Joanne was very responsive in answering the few minor questions that came up. The property was easy to find and access. It was great having a balcony. A little better view would have been nice and the bed was a bit uncomfortable. But the location is amazing with an easy walk to Sapphire Beach. The beach bars and coffee shop were all great with plenty of food options. We also walked to Sudi’s for a few meals at a property close by. There is easy access to taxis at the entrance of Sapphire Beach. We were able to get into Red Hook to get to the ferry to St. John, go out to eat and get a few groceries at Moe’s. The taxi drivers are very accommodating. We would recommend this condo.

This was a great condo to stay in and the price was right! Clean, modern, great communication with property managers, security on the premises, and taxi service. Sapphire beach was literally 3-5 min walk depending on pace. We had a bar ( great bartenders). 3 restaurants, a coffee shop that serves breakfast and ice cream , and has an atm, pizza and wings, sandwich, and a fine dining restaurants within that 3-5 min walk. They also had music and dancing one night (that we knew of)I think Sapphire beach is gorgeous! The only thing I would have liked is an ocean view from our balcony. We will stay again!!

This was a great place to stay! Close to Sapphire Beach, and Red Hook. Easy to get to. Very clean. Will definitely stay here again. Only minor issue was not enough places to hang clothes / dresses.

#### Perfection

A great nights rest in paradise! Only a short walk to the beach. So clean & organized! The Sapphire beach bar is excellent for food and drinks. We tried out the new fine dining restaurant, Sea Salt. Delicious! And Sapphire has a beautiful new gift shop!

#### Wonderful place to stay

We had a great time in St Thomas and part of that great time was staying here. I thought it would be weird having the bed and couch in the same space, but it wasn't. The sofa was comfortable and the bed was great. The binder was very helpful explaining the rules, but also local places to get what you need. The only thing it didn't address was the trash. It tells you take the trash out but doesn't tell you what to do with it. That information is on the wall by the front door - high up. It would be helpful to put that in the binder as well. Overall, location is great, comfortable and we would return!

#### Great time at Sapphire house

We absolutely loved staying at Sapphire house it was such an easy walk back and forth to one of our favorite beaches on St Thomas we will definitely be booking again
