"The room had a weird smell to it that was very unpleasant which made our stay uncomfortable the entire time. The sofa bed mattress was filthy. We asked staff for a different room but they said they were sold out and it wouldnt be a room with balcony view so that would be a downgrade. Rooms need to be updated and new furniture is need ASAP."

"Crystal Cove is a very well managed property conveniently located on the beach with a great view. The beach itself was not crowded and primarily used by the Villa tenants, charis are included which was an added bonus. There is also a large sized pool on property and classes in the morning. The management of the property, specifically Adele and Bernie, were exceptional with answering any and ALL questions. They were responsive to any needs or requests and provided great recommendations for food, beaches, etc."

"During the first full day of our four-night stay, the unit lost power around noon while the island was experiencing outages. We notified the property contact at approximately 1:00 p.m. and were told power would return within 30–60 minutes. By 6:00 p.m., power had not been restored, and we were informed the water would be turned off in an effort to restore power. At approximately 7:30 p.m., we reported that our unit still had no power or water. We were then informed the water supply was connected to a neighbor’s generator, which was no longer available. Without running water, we had to use pool water to flush the toilet. After I sent a picture of the unit below us with power and us without, the property owner indicated the generator was not functioning and that someone would be sent to repair it. Our rental agreement stated the unit had a generator and continuous water access. Power returned around midnight. The next morning, we secured alternate accommodations and left. The property owner issued a partial refund and advised us to contact Hotels.com regarding any additional reimbursement. We feel we were not made whole. "

Both beds were extremely comfortable, and the huge shower was amazing.Having coffee every morning on the patio lookin at the beach just a few feet away was breathtaking.Also the host was very responsive. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat."
