Location: Located in the desirable East Beach area, this townhome is close to many great restaurants including Crab Daddy's, Fiddler's, The Crab Trap, Beachcomber BBQ and more. You also won't be far from the Pier Village, where you'll find some of St. Simons' most popular shops, restaurants, and activities such as putt putt, bike rentals, Southeast Adventures, and the lighthouse and visitors center. There are also pickleball courts in the Pier Village area! Property: Boasting 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 1 half bath townhome is just steps away from the ocean. Each bedroom has its own fully remodeled en-suite bathroom and high definition smart TV, allowing plenty of room to spread out and have your privacy. Master: The large master bedroom with king bed and bathroom are located on the 4th floor with an open deck to enjoy the beautiful ocean views and breeze.
