Just a short stroll away, you'll find some of the island's beloved eateries. Unit 1106 is the end unit and has enough space for two cars. First enter through the courtyard gate to the front door. Ground Floor living space: As you enter the home, there is a half-bath on the left and a dining area that seats 6 comfortably. Just a few steps past the dining room is the kitchen with a breakfast bar and combination dining living space over looking the vast green lawn to the beach and ocean. On the patio is an outdoor dining space with a gas grill. It offered plenty of space for our family to spread out, along with comfortable gathering areas to enjoy time together. As an end unit, we enjoyed stunning views of both sunrise and sunset over the beach. The primary bedroom balcony—with its cozy wicker rocking chairs and footrests—was a favorite spot to relax. Everything was modern and exceptionally clean, with thoughtful touches like Myers soap at every sink and jewelry dishes on the dressers. When we noticed there was no toaster, the management company delivered a brand-new one within an hour.
