Great neighborhood, okay condo
The condo is in a great location! We enjoyed Shipwatch and it’s a great beach location. The community pool was clean. Condo is small, but works for the a family of 4. Cons: the place was not clean. I cleaned sticky, brown spots off the kitchen floor upon arrival. There were several pairs of socks left around the condo from a previous visitor. The paper towel holder was left with the empty roll on the holder and the replacements sitting on the counter. And mostly the airflow at night in the bedrooms was nonexistent; they a provided small tabletop fan for each bedroom but those were dusty and didn’t provide enough airflow to make sleeping comfortable. The utensils were in the drawer dirty (food remnants on them still) and we had to hand wash every knife, fork, and spoon before we could use them. Overall, we would choose Ship Watch again, but not this condo.
