U will enjoy the south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 the pier, shops, & restaurants. Walk to live music! Master has a King size bed & the living room has sleeper sofa. Unit comes w/ furnishings & BUSINESS CLASS WIFI. Access to tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated) laundry facilities (coin operated). 2 bikes to use for additional fee. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. CONTACT ME for a link to ALL listings. King size bed nice & firm 4\. Second floor.. very quiet! 5\. Parking easy… we parked only feet away from entrance. 6\. Kitchen was stocked well. 7\. Bathroom was fine, would have loved a handrail by shower. ( for seniors) 8\. Condo needs outlets for charging your phones & I pads. Not enough outlets. 9\. Lovely porch facing the pool. In the mornings half is in shade. Enjoyed the mornings& evenings. 10\. The condo is right in front of complex. Very easy for walking down to St Simon Village. So many great restaurants!
