Under 5 miles from the historic pier, great shopping and a variety of restaurants. This beautiful home has all brand new furnishings and linens, including beach towels are provided. My wife fell and broke her wrist two days before check-in date. So I can’t say anything about the property, but I can say something about Generali trip insurance. If you fall into a situation like I did and you contact the trip insurance company they’re gonna want to know a policy number. If you don’t have that you’re screwed. I tried to get some cooperation over the phone, but they saw their caveat and they took it. I’m out over 1000\. I have receipt from other trips that I have taken and of course that does mean no good so I’ll continue to fight to see if I can get anything out of these guys. It was updated and airy feeling. The bed was firm but comfortable. The house is in what feels like a safe area. The off street parking is nice. The house isn't too far from shopping and restaurants. The fenced backyard is perfect for brining your dog. Cons: The hot water heater doesn't work very well, it took forever to get warm and it wasn't super hot. The backyard is covered in stones and a ton of leaves from the trees (there is plastic covering the grass under the stones..I'm guessing so they don't have to mow it) which made it uncomfortable for one of my dogs to walk on and probably not safe for older or arthritic dogs.
