Oceanfront Condominium with Great Amenities

Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this beautifully updated two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island. Completely renovated bathrooms and an updated kitchen make this the perfect condo for both short and long term stays. | With all of the upgrades, the 2nd bedroom offers an en suite making a perfect location great for couples.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Everything was great. I have two suggestions. King bed needs a new mattress. Also, if there is anyway to work on water pressure that would make that beautiful shower in mater so much better.

The condo was exactly furnished as stated and photographed. Very well designed and appointed. Being on the east side of the complex turned out to be a bonus with the morning sun. The condo was very clean, but the carpets in the entry to the bedrooms could use a good cleaning to really make this property shine. I would definitely plan to stay here again.

This condo was exactly as described in pictures, and was great for two couples -- with bedrooms on each side to account for privacy. The primary bedroom mattress was very comfortable, which doesn't usually happen in a vacation rental! Kitchen accommodations were appropriate for quick morning breakfasts.The location of the condo was just a short car ride from local restaurants and the pier village. Great for walking on the beach and Ocean Blvd. We didn't use the hot tub or pool because of the chilly weather, but the pool looks like it would be enjoyable during summer months.Local restuarant recommendations for future visitors: Barrier Island Brewery, The Crab Trap, Porch, 3 Birds Cafe.

Fantastic Property!

Perfect place to stay on St. Simon. Access to beach was great and the location was perfect distance to great restaurants and museums. The beach gear credit was a great benefit - perfect place to explore on a bike. Everything was clean and super comfortable.

Grandparents and Granddaughter

Short getaway with our 10 year old granddaughter. Each year we take her somewhere she has never been. However, a nice pool is always necessary as she loves to swim! Beach Club fit the bill just fine. Condo was clean and well equipped, reservation and arrival/departure procedures were all handled smoothly and efficiently. ! efficiently

Great stay

The property was fantastic and the location was perfect. The only negative was the shower heads were limed up and the flow wasn't the best. Have your maint people soak them in white vinegar. I would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. Unit was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach and bike rides around the island. We rented the bikes and beach umbrella and they were delivered to the property by the time we arrived. They picked them up the day we checked out. It couldn't have been more convenient as easy. We look forward to returning.

Great location but a bit worn

The condo is in a great location. The bathrooms have been updated and look great. However, the rest of the condo seems like it was given only a poorly done, superficial update. The condo was likely built in the 80s. The low ceiling and popcorn on the ceilings have been left and the kitchen feels narrow and small. The outdated tile with dirty grout was also not very appealing. It is obvious that the kitchen was updated with new cabinets and countertop but the other issues make it feel less appealing. The guest room only has hanging space on one side of the closet and the mattress is not very comfortable. Plus a line has been run from a wall outlet to power a ceiling fan which looks awful. Lastly, you can see light coming through the front door and there is no deadbolt on the front door. The condo hallways feel small as they have low ceilings and are narrow and the elevator is OVERDONE with air freshener. So bad in fact on the last day we took the stairs. The public areas of the condo outside the building are in good shape with a good-looking pool area plus multiple hot tubs. We were very pleased with the management company, Hodnett-Cooper who was excellent at communicating arrival and departure information and assisted us with additional linens and parking passes. Overall, the condo was disappointing but far from awful. If the most important part of your vacation is the location, this is a clean, well-located condo. However, for us, the details of the rental are part of our vacation experience and this rental was disappointing.

Amazing!

We absolutely loved this condo! We went for for our 8th anniversary! Great location, exceedingly clean and modern condo (even the hallways smelled clean and vacuumed every day), nice pool and easy access to the beach. Local restaurants in walking distance. A must is Barrier Island Brewery!

Spot on!

Wonderful experience. Our condo was clean and exactly as described. The condo is beautifully located on East Beach. I am already planning our trip back. Shelling and delicious seafood. My family had a great time. Very pleased with our whole experience.
