In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center. All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. I was disappointed w/ the dirty fingerprints on the walls/doors/near light switches. A coat of fresh paint would make all the difference. The kitchen could have been better equipped with potholders, salt/pepper, etc. The gate from the beach was not functioning (despite multiple phone calls to management) requiring us to climb over the fence several times. There are lots of cheap tacky tourist shop knick knacks sitting around the unit everywhere .. but we hid those so we wouldn’t have to look at them. The kitchen has updated cabinets, Appliances appear new and work great. This is an old school beach condo situation... It’s clean and has what you need if you’re not looking for luxury.
