The location is excellent too - walkable to downtown area with restaurants/shops etc. and a very short walk to grab some coffee in the morning at the Cottage (Part of King & Prince resort). The house was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the pool was wonderful as well, however there was not enough parking as the driveway only holds two vehicles and parking lot is shared with other beach goers on a first come bases. The jets in master bathroom whirlpool was not working which was a big disappointment, then the shower in master bedroom also stop working. I videotaped us pulling knob and turning it with no water coming out shower head. This is unacceptable due to the price to stay at this rental. We had to wake up our guest to shower in their room, which was very embarrassing. Property managers responded both days promptly and were very kind in regards to concerns, however was unable to remedy the situation. We were told we would hear from them on Monday, however never heard from anyone. We are used to staying at the round house whenever we are visiting St Simon, but because this trip was last minute home was booked. We decided this rental is not for us & we will not stay or recommend this property, to many inconveniences. ##### angela s.
