With under sixty residences, Shipwatch is a quiet and gated community in the popular East Beach neighborhood and is ideal for weekend getaways, work at home retreats, or a comfortable snowbird destination during the mild coastal winter months. Shipwatch Complex amenities include an elevator, free gated parking, private boardwalk access to enjoy St Simons Island’s beautiful sandy beaches, a swimming pool, large grass lawn, outdoor grills, and Wi-Fi internet. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, TV, en suite bathroom, and balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen size Westin Heavenly bed. Good access to the beach. A bit far away from some of good local restaurants, but the biggest complaint was the fridge. Didn't stay cool enough to trust keeping dairy in it. They must know about this because they have a note about adjusting the temperature in the notes for the place, but it still wasn't able to keep it at 37-38 degrees. The recliner has definite issues and all sizes of people sat in it and sounds and feels like a spring is going to attack you. The kuerig is broken but works but still broken the front bedroom one of the outlets doesn’t work and the master bedroom tv has definite issues ##### Cheryl S.
