In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center. All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. St. Simons Beach Club 411 is amazingly gorgeous! These new owners have upgraded everything. The pool is nice. The unit is older and is showing wear and tear. The bedroom carpet really needs to be cleaned, the master shower had mold. We had a problem with the master bedroom TV, which never worked. We called maintenance, someone came and couldn't fix it. He left and never returned --we never heard again from him or the property manager. On the morning of departure, it was like the management company couldn't wait for us to leave, even though the posted checkout time is 1000\. At 0830, the equipment rental guys showed up to drop off equipment for the next guests, and if the chain hadn't been on the door they would have walked right in. Then, at about 0900 when we went down to load our vehicle and came back up to the unit to get more stuff, the door code no longer worked! This was an hour before the 1000 departure time! The on-site property manager gave us a new code and said it was a problem they've had with the system. Then at 0930, the cleaning crew showed up to clean the unit- they did leave though when the realized we hadn't checked out yet. A rushed send-off to what had been a pleasant stay. ##### Elizabeth M.
