If it is an ocean-view you are looking for then look no further! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath 4th floor condominium at North Breakers has it from nearly every room. The living and dining area are uncommonly large and set the perfect stage for family gathering whether to play games, enjoy dinner or just watch some television. The master bedroom with a king bed and private bath is just off the living area and has access to the front balcony facing the ocean. The second bedroom has a queen bed with balcony access overlooking the pool and hot tubs, the third bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has recently been updated with a sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have a television. The community features direct beach access with a boardwalk, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station. To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March, allowing for an extended swimming season. The unit was perfect our family and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The entire property was well kept and so convenient to the beach and area restaurants and shops. The luggage and grocery carts were a huge help in the loading/unloading process. You get an amazing view from the balcony! We were able to ride our bikes to eat dinner and shop! There is so much to do in the area and we are looking forward to coming back soon!
