Beach Club 412 speaks for itself as it is full renovated top to bottom! The color scheme is mostly a soothing combination of neutrals, greys and blues with a pop of vivid colors here and there. The kitchen has been totally upgraded to include all new stainless appliances, glass front cabinets and subway tile for the backsplash. Both bathrooms have been re-done as well to include vanities, flooring and all tile. The master bath is unique to the Beach Club in that it has a private water closet. All this and we have not even mentioned the view! A great location to enjoy the lushly landscaped courtyard as well as the pool and ocean! Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn. In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.
