Extremely close to the beach and the property itself was not overly bad just somewhat dated. Unfortunately, the roof leaked, and there was also a leak in the plumbing which manifested itself as water dripping over the fireplace in the den property manager was in my opinion Hard to contact, as we had problems with a locked garbage area with no combination provided, as well as the leaky plumbing.
