The staff were very helpful, the rooms have were spotless, the spa was lovely. We had a room with a balcony with a view across the town to the bay & it was really nice, the relaxing jacuzzi pool was my personal favourite. The hotel is a short 15minute walk into St Helier town centre or there is a shuttle bus provided by the hotel. All round the hotel is a winner, would come again.

We had a lovely large room with a balcony overlooking St Helier. It was around a 15 minute walk into town or a shuttle bus every 2 hours. Breakfast had a good selection. Spa and indoor pool was large and great facilities. There was a bar and terrace with entertainment on a saturday night. The reception staff were very helpful for advice on walks etc. There is some free parking or a payable car park if you are stuck. You are only a short drive away from most attractions.

Really nice hotel and the spa is fantastic. A couple of suggestions to make it even better 1. Some of the guests said they had no aircon. Our room was great, but it sounded like a few rooms were without, which wasn't so good in the hot weather. 2. It would be nice to have more water in the rooms. We had 2 plastic bottles of water in day 1. Maybe a glass bottle which could be refilled (better than plastic bottles) would be better 3. We were a little surprised that last orders at the bar was 11:00pm Not big issues - the hotel is lovely, but 1 or 2 considerations could improve things.

The hotel itself was lovely. Rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly. What they do fail to tell you or show on their website is that they are on a hill so there is a steep drive up to the car park/hotel entrance. It is well situated and only a 20 minute walk from the town centre. However when walking back you have to be prepared to walk up the steps to the hotel entrance which are doable but you will feel it if you're not particularly fit or have mobility constraints. The hotel does provide a shuttle into town but didn't seem to provide one back which would have been a great help. However, we would happily stay there again.
