Bienvenue dans notre maison que nous avons appelée « Clémentine ».   
  
Après être tombés sous le charme des Alpilles , cela fut une évidence pour nous de vouloir y vivre dès notre retraite.   
Après quelques mois de recherche, « Clémentine » s’est présentée à nous avec un emplacement à 5mn à pied du centre-ville de Saint Rémy de Provence , la capitale des Alpilles.  
Proche de toutes les commodités , nous l’avons décoré avec notre touche personnelle .  
Nous lui avons aménagé une nouvelle cuisine et l’avons agrémenté d’une piscine pour y passer de paisibles moments de détente.  
Nous sommes heureux de vous la confier le temps de votre séjour pour y passer d’agréables moments , mais également comme point de départ de merveilleuses randonnées et/ou visites de sites d’exception».(voir photos)  
  
Cette charmante villa ans vous accueille pour un séjour de "sérénité" et "farniente".  
Sur un terrain de 600 m2, avec ses terrasses aménagées au nord et au sud ainsi qu'un espace relaxant à l'ombre de l'olivier proche de la piscine ( 3x6m au sel) , sécurisée par un volet roulant.  
Une douche solaire se trouve à proximité.  
  
Pour les voitures électriques ou hybrides, une prise dédiée à leur recharge est mise à   
disposition gratuitement sous le carport.  
  
La cuisine donne un accès direct à l'espace extérieur , où l'ombre amené par la pergola invite à utiliser grill ou plancha.  
  
La villa dispose de :  
  
\- Trois chambres doubles dont une chambre parentale climatisée ( douche, WC, lavabo)  
\- Une salle de bains avec douche à l'italienne, vasque et lave linge  
\- Un 2ème WC séparé   
\- Un espace de vie climatisé comprenant une grande salle à manger pour 6 convives et un agréable séjour cocooning avec télé et connexion wifi.  
  
Cette charmante villa se situe proche des commerces, boulangerie, restaurants ...  
Elle est un point de départ idéal pour des randonnées à pied, en vélo ou en voiture dans les Alpilles et ses environs (Les Baux de Provence,Aix en Provence, Marseille, Arles, Avignon, l'Isle sur la Sorgue...)  
  
Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés et cette villa est non fumeur.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Clementine. It was so well equipped that it felt like home from home. It’s just a pleasant 15 minute walk to all that St Rémy de Provence has to offer. Amongst other relaxing activities we went to the Wednesday market, walked just 30 minutes to Saint Paul de MAUSOLE on the Van Gogh trail, cycled to and along Les Alpilles and lazed in and by the lovely warm pool. One evening we ate at La Table d’Yvan - excellent recommendation. We would definitely stay at Villa Clementine again.

#### Great Villa - great pool!

The villa was very stylish and well equipped. The pool was particularly welcome as the temperature was in the high 30s throughout our stay! It was great to be able to walk into St Remy which took about 15 minutes - it is a wonderful town with great shops, market and restaurants. It is also a great location for visiting Avignon and Les Baux (two of our favourites). Nadia, who checked us in, and Fabrice and Patricia who we met on departure were so friendly and helpful.

the house is very well equiped , great heated swimming pool walking distance center of St Remy nice quizt walk when you turn left to the small stream. bed high quality. nice tv big screen netflix etc. outside area very nice. in short we had a wonderfull week thanks to Fabrice Patricia and Nadia

We booked this gite very late due to a different booking being cancelled. However this cancelation meant we stayed in a better property in a better location, must have been fate. Can't find anything negative to say, only positives. Kitchen worked well for enjoying meals in the shade. Nice big fridge so we didn't need to keep food shopping and had more time to go off and explore. If you are there in the summer there are plenty of black berries to pick to go with your desert. Having the car out of the sun was nice bonus too. Aircon really helped in the afternoon. The gite is close to the sea or the mountains so you can explore something different every day or just stay by the pool or walk into town. Nadia was there to greet us and show us the layout and how everything works. Always available if we needed to ask questions which was a comfort. All helped to make it a perfect holiday

Very comfortable and well-equipped property. It has everything necessary for a delightful stay. It is close to town, but not too close, so is very peaceful. It is in the middle of a beautiful part of France, so lots to see. The pool is a real bonus. Highly recommended.

Wir hatten als Familie eine wunderschöne erholsame Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll gestaltet. Der Pool (Salzwasser) war sauber und angenehm warm. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern, sowie zu Nadja, die sich kümmerte, war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Das Grundstück ist von außen nicht einsehbar , gute Privatsphäre. Zudem ist Saint Remy eine wunderschöne kleine Stadt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Haus. Alles ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Der Ortskern und der nächste Bäcker sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée ainsi que de tout les espaces extérieurs tout les jours. Quel rêve ! Et merci à Nadia pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse lors de notre arrivée et de notre départ. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Sara
