This beautifully remodeled spacious 2 bedroom Seaside suite is nestled in the quaint beach community of Indian Shores Fl. This upscale private apartment has some views of the inter-coastal waterway, right off the back yard. This absolutely beautiful suite has an open floor plan with all the comforts of home. Your beach access is just steps away.

Make it a romantic getaway for 2 or bring the family and enjoy the convenience of walking to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Will sleep up to 6 with the pullout trundle beds.

Rent a boat at one of the local shops or hop on the beach trolley that stops steps from the apartment and explore Clearwater beach and St. Pete beach communities. We supply the beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Come visit this little slice of paradise.

Indian Shores is a favorite with our guests. Located on the thinnest part of the barrier Island with the beach on one side and the bay on the other. Just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium, the residence of dolphin movie star Winter from Dolphin Tale. For a taste of city life, nearby downtown St. Petersburg, a 20-minute drive from the beach, is home to several world-class art museums, including the renowned Salvador Dali Museum, and popular attractions less than an hour's drive away include Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Florida Aquarium. For day trips, Orlando, Disney World and Sea World are a 90-minute drive and both the Tampa International Airport and the St. Petersburg-Clearwater Airport are within a 30-minute drive.

Loved our stay here. Perfect location. Our dryer was not working and we called and someone came and repaired it quickly. Also loved that there were beach chairs, umbrella, Pack N Play and and air mattress supplied if we would have needed it. We would love to come back again.

We really loved our stay! Our only regret was not being there for a longer time!! The unit had everything you could need to enjoy your get away!! Being so close to the beach and so many other attractions, we barely had to drive anywhere! We didn’t need to communicate much with the property owners, but our questions were answered very quickly! We felt very safe during our stay! Our family would love to stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay. The host was excellent and very responsive to any questions we had. Everything advertised was exactly as is in person. The property was neat and very clean. Great location for most things along the strip. If going to Indian rocks beach again, we will definitely contact this host first! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Was a great stay, well equipped. Is great for a two couples, but too small for a large family. Is right across the street from the beach. Lots to do within walking distance. Mini golf is next door, but not an issue as far as noise.

The facility was clean, large, and across the street from a beautiful beach. The only downside was we had to drive about a half hour to get to a dog friendly beach. The facility itself was great for a dog as they prepared ahead of time to make it dog friendly.

We were only there for one night, attending a special event, but the property looked just like the pics. Very cute, clean, and a short walk across the street to the beach. It suited our needs perfectly. Perfect size for 2 couples or a small family.

This place was adorable. Steps from the beach, shopping, food, putt putt... it was great. The property was totally updated and gave a wonderful beach vibe. Beds were comfy and even though we were on the road it was quiet.

The place was cute and comfy. I would offer some suggestions. I would offer a kitchen/hand towel. Some candles, in case of power outage during a tropical storm and ear plugs. The putt putt place next door was convenient to the location but they started blowing off the course at 7am, which woke me up each morning. But other than those minor things, everything was perfect..

Great location beach is directly across the street which is easy to cross using pedestrian signal light. Best bang for your buck with plenty of room and easy to unload/ load luggage given parking spot is right outside the front door. Only issue which has been on other reviews the doors do get stuck closed especially the bathroom but not a huge deal.

Nice, clean, little home right in the middle of everything. We were able to get around to Tampa and Bradenton quickly for various events. I was able to walk to various places for coffee and food, as well as its just a minute of walking from the Gulf. Even next to all these fun to-dos, it was quiet and easy to sleep each night. We would book here again without question.

We were very pleased from the moment we walked in of the cleanliness and brightness of the cottage. Upon inspection, pleasantly surprised to see that this cottage was very generously appointed with all the necessities of daily living; ie, paper towels, tp, dishwashing soap, to name a few. There is a nice little yard in back with a view of the bay. Located directly across the street from the beach with easy access. Close to shopping and restaurants. Overall comfortable.

Cute tiny place just street away from ocean. Couch had pet hair all over and on kitchen floor. Since we were traveling with a crawling infant, we had to be bit careful. But owner was nice about providing high chair and playpen. Worth our babies first vacation ...

This house is so perfect and cute! Stayed with my husband and 1 year old. The beach is across the street. Mini golf next door. Loved staying here. It was a very large house. All we could talk about was how we want to come back and stay there again ! The property managers answered all messages/questions quickly when we wanted to extend our stay while we were there. They supplied everything you need for the beach (toys, chairs, wagon, umbrellas, beach towels) even supplied us with a pack and play and a high chair for our little one!

Nice quiet cottage in spite of being right off Gulf Blvd. If you rent unit A which is a nice two bedroom unit you will not be getting the porch shown in the picture. Other than that, I highly recommend this rental.

Overall, the duplex was wonderful! There were plenty of linens and the kitchen is gorgeous! I would caution future guests that parking is tricky when trying to back out into two lanes of traffic, and the bathroom door sticks - it needs to be planed to fit properly. The house sits right on the walking/biking trail along Gulf Blvd which is an added convenience, along with close proximity to shops. My family and I are Florida Natives and enjoyed our “Staycation!”

This was our 4th year staying here. We’ve stayed in both A & B and both are awesome. The decor is very inviting and comfy. The location to the beach is great. Love that the beach access crosswalk is right out the door. The only negative that I regret having to mention is that the kitchen supplies seem to have been depleted compared to our past stays. Had to go out & buy a few things which we left for the next occupants. Small matter compared to all the positives. We will definitely be back for a 5th year.

Rental was as represented online. The location is fantastic with many restaurants nearby, bike and walking path right outside front door and beach access directly across the street. My only complaint is that the pillows are terrible. Bring your own. And the temp in the bedrooms isn’t as cool as the rest of the house so if you sleep warm, bring a fan. Overall a great house and very clean/comfortable.

This place was just as listed. Great place to have pets. Nice to be able to just walk them out back for bathroom purposes. Kitchen could have more baking sheets for cooking. Great to have coffee & filters supplied. Our biggest complaint was the water pressure in the shower. Literally non-existent! Very hard to rinse or get shampoo out of hair. King bed was very comfy. Didn't use other bed. Nice to be right across from the beach access. Make sure you back in when you park there. Very hard to back out when there is traffic
