A full bath with tub and shower. There is a roof-top patio for you to enjoy. \*The pictures of the patio are not updated and the planters shown have been removed.\* Beach essentials include beach towels, chairs, umbrella and buggy. There is also a Laundry facility on the property. Please note\* - This is a 3rd floor condo and the complex does not have elevators. You must be able to walk flights of stairs. \*\*Please Note\*\* The HOA has begun a roofing project on the Pool Building (Units 900–1200). Work is done during daytime hours only, and while there may be some noise at times, the pool area remains open and accessible. We appreciate your understanding as the property completes these improvements. — Also 11/17 the HOA is replacing the hallway carpet in the buildings with new tile, so you may see workers in the halls and at times be offered a short detour or need to walk around small staged work areas. When we found out that our normal place we stay is still closed due to last fall’s hurricane, we were sad but let me tell you what…. This place by far exceeded our expectations. The host was amazing to work with, location is perfect right across from public beach, and the out side patio was great extra space to have and sit and have girl talk.
