Spacious modern dog & family friendly home, close to the beach

This modern 4 bedroom home is perfect for a couple, a large family or group. The property can comfortably accommodate up to nine people and the family dog. There are dedicated spaces to to socialise indoors and out or chill with a book, watch TV or break out a board game.

Located in the new Swan View estate backing onto the tranquil Edwards Point reserve and just a 10 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) to the beach.

St Leonards is a quiet beachfront town with excellent cafes and many local high quality wineries and eateries.

This modern home boasts 4 bedrooms and sleeps 4 adults and 5 kids. There is a double lock up garage, 2 large driveways and space to store a boat behind a lockable gate.

Super fast NBN provided. All TVs are smart and can access all current streaming platforms with guest access to Amazon Prime.

Gas central heating and 2 split system air conditioners to keep you cool in summer.

Fully equipped kitchen with coffee pod machine (pods provided), bread maker and all essentials.

A fully secured backyard features an alfresco, outdoor setting and BBQ with plenty of room for playing games and your puppy dog. Some sporting equipment and balls also available.

Be sure to enjoy the scenery with a beachside walk into town and try the coffee and breakfast at Two Daughters cafe or stop in at the St Leonards hotel for a bite and social drink.

All linen and sheets provided for number of guests advised at time of booking.

Plenty of room for everything

We had three generations staying at the property - Mum and I just wanted a midweek getaway, while daughter monopolised the dining table with university coding work. The separate tv space meant we could all use the house and enjoy our time together without getting in each other’s hair.The place was spotless and everything worked as it should.

Perfect family home

This truly is a home away from home. We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults, 6yo and 13yo) and a little dog. We really enjoyed our stay! The house is very clean, spacious and modern with a big backyard and has literally everything for you as well as your dog. There's extra blankets, dog towels, dog bowls, well-equipped kitchen with more than just the basic appliances (blender, coffee, machine, sandwich press), kids games, puzzles,, toys, books for adults and kids, 3 TVs, backyard games (cricket, badminton, chalk), beach toys.The host Jodie is very responsive and lovely! I would highly recommend this home for 1 or even 2 families!

Our favourite place to stay!

This is our second stay here, and it certainly won't be our last! The home is beautiful, spotless, and truly feels like a home away from home. The owners are wonderful—kind, and welcoming. 10/10 This is a fantastic property to stay at. It’s modern, extremely clean and has everything you would need for a family holiday or a couples weekend away. The home is only a short drive to the beach/town and is situated in a quiet estate. The home is spacious and bright (photos don’t do it justice) and has a beautiful outdoor space perfect for relaxing or playing games. The owners are fantastic - very accommodating and communicative. The welcome gift upon arrival was a beautiful surprise/appreciated.

All you need

Comfortable, clean large house with fully fenced yard was perfect for our short stay on the Bellarine Peninsular. Separate areas for adults and children if needed.
