Our new-to-market Harbour View Loft is freshly painted and decorated, head to toe, located in Downtown St. John's.
This particular apartment has the Grand distinction of being the actual city apartment set for the iconic Newfoundland and Labrador movie The Grand Seduction! We love this amazing piece of trivia, and fully understand why the three window expansive harbour view from the living room would be desirable as a movie set 🙂

We have two decks to enjoy your fine view, of both the Harbor and Signal Hill/ Narrows. Weather permitting, enjoy the brand new patio furniture located inside the large and incredibly comfortable King-sized Master bedroom.

The spacious two bedroom apartment also includes a second Queen bedroom, a full kitchen with all you would need, a lovely four-piece bathroom, and an expansive, sitting-in-the-clouds experience of the spacious yet cozy living room space with large floor to ceiling windows, mirrored reflections surrounding you.

The downtown area is rich with St. John's originality in the people, places and experiences you will come across on your journey here. Legendary restaurants like Basho Restaurant and Lounge (Japanese/ Sushi), The Duke of Duckworth (British Pub) and Oliver's Restaurant (Canadian Seafood) are among the many food options you have, many within an easy walk, but bring the right shoes! There are hills to climb in the city core and around Signal Hill and the Cabot Trail areas.

Want to be 'Screeched In'? Find out all about this unique Newfoundland and Labrador tradition at several spots, such as Christian's Bar on George St, very near by your Loft. Want to get out to Sea? Try your hand at Cod jigging through Quidi Vidi Carters or Ocean Quest Adventures, Newfoundland.

Being brand new to market, we do have any bookings available throughout the Summer and also into the Fall/ Winter seasons. Allow us to host you as our welcomed guest.

You'll receive clear and easy-to-follow instructions, including a code to unlock the property, ensuring a seamless arrival experience. We want you to feel well-informed and ready to start enjoying your stay.

Please note that Harbour View Loft offers street parking only. However, we provide a parking pass for one car, allowing you to conveniently park in the designated area.

If you happen to have more than one car and it's the weekend, no parking pass is required. Feel free to park additional vehicles without any hassle.
