« Hôtel bien situé. Secteur calme. Le ménage quotidien était bien fait. Il y avait tout ce que nous avions besoin. Par contre, les installations sont plus vieilles. La fenêtre de la salle de bain se fermait difficilement, la barre à serviette était sur le bord de tomber. Odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain. « We had been to this place several times in the past, before the pandemic. Ever since the place has been neglected a bit. They should refresh the apartments one by one. I have nothing to say against the personnel, they are very friendly and welcoming. »

« Loved our room and view. We felt there was no communication from staff regarding our being able to dine at sister hotels or how to get there when the ferry wasn’t running. We heard from another guest that we could take the ferry to other hotels. The hotel should have told us that. The food was just ok and we expected it to be tastier and not such small portions. »
