« Excellent hôtel à Freetown avec une propreté, un confort et un service de qualité. La connexion internet a très bien fonctionné. Seulement le check-out a pris plus de temps que prévu car l'hôtel n'arrivait pas à retrouver les preuves de mon paiement lors de la réservation en ligne. Après un envoi par mail du reçu téléchargé sur le site d'hôtel.com et quelques minutes de recherche dans leur dossiers, tout est rentré dans l'ordre et la fiche a été retrouvée...le seul hic à mon séjour. J'y...

« The rooms are really clean the sheets have a few stains but you can tell it’s from the dryer staff are nice only issue is reception closes at midnight and if you don’t stock up on water for the night before they leave you will have to wait until morning, or risk going outside at night to find it. »

« La communication a été assez difficile avant l'hôtel après la réservation. En particulier j'ai sollicité un service navette de l'aéroport à l'hôtel. En fait il n'y a pas vraiment de navette depuis ou vers l’aéroport. C’est possible jusqu’au Seacoach seulement. La literie est très bien et la chambre spacieuse. La restauration est bien même si c’est toujours la même chose tous les jours au petit déjeuner. »
