I usually stay at a Marriott property, but the rates were twice what I paid a few months ago, so I found My Place on Expedia. Not fancy, but nice. Very clean. Very helpful staff. The bed was a little too hard for me, but lots of decent pillows.

The soft drinks available were cold and fair priced. It was all very nice. They need some new carpet upstairs in the hallway. Pulled up and worn out. Nice location and the staff were very nice. Price was good.

It was a clean new property. Beds were comfortable. The queen bed was actually a full bed though. No water available besides water bottles. Employee let me know I could use the sink for water.

Check in took 15-20 minutes because the front desk was unoccupied. The room was clean and great. Bonus props for the in-room stove and large fridge/freezer. Did not appreciate the housekeepers knocking on the door a half hour before checkout time. I would probably stay again, however.

We had a little issue at check in with the room type, but it was immediately fixed. Seemed like a communication problem between the booking site and property. Everyone was very helpful and property and rooms were clean
