Oh Heavenly Beach !!!
We had a wonderful time .The condo was ok for our visit.The bathrooms were nice and the living area was good. The outside balcony was dirty with dirty furniture and a couple dirty little tables.

Thank you for choosing us for your stay! This guest stayed during spring pollen season. We do our best to wipe down the furniture outdoors between stays during that time of year, but Spring has a mind of its own. :)

Quick Beach Stay
A couple of nights at the beach before graduation at University of Florida. We were making good travel time and asked the host if we could move in a day early, and they immediately accommodated us. Older condo, which was Celeste’s in the lower price, but roomy enough and 2 beds in each bedroom was very helpful. Host provided beach towels, chairs, umbrellas & some toys. Right across the street from beach access, which involves stairs going up, down, across the dunes, down, up, then down again- anyone with mobility issues would need to drive a short distance to parking area with direct access or drive onto the beach with 4wd. Host should invest in black out curtains- our family used sleep masks since light from road shines right into the bedrooms. All and all- nice for a short beach trip

Perfect Location
This property, while not directly oceanfront, is only a few steps to the beautiful Crescent Beach! It served our purpose very well as we had family just a short distance down the beach, and we were able to visit with only a short walk. It is centrally located with access to restaurants and grocery stores. This property was just what we needed. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We look forward to coming back again in the near future. We hated to leave☺️.

Overall good condition. Needs darkening shades in master bedroom. Street light right outside window. Low water pressure in kitchen sink mostly just needs new faucet. Pool is not heated so not useable till summer. Good value for price per night.

Comfy, short stay
Cozy condo, safe, clean and great location. 20 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. Condo had everything we need to get started on our stay: some toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soap and laundry pods. Fully stocked towels and kitchen. We had the most epic Uno games one evening so they had a few games in the cupboard. 2 story with stairs only. Pool looked nice but too cold to enjoy, not heated. We were happy with our stay. Owners were prompt and friendly with all of our communications. Its an older condo but clean and comfy and felt safe as two young ladies with kids traveling. We look forwarded to future visits. Thank u again for a great staycation!

Ok stay...
The place was nice. Certainly has enough beds to accommodate a big family or multi-family stay. I would like to suggest heavier drapes or add blinds to block the crazy bright parking lot lights that BEAM into the master bedroom at night. That was the biggest issue that really impeded our sleep. And for our sleep to be inhibited while on vacation is a pretty big issue for us. Everything else was fine.

Location great!
Served purpose but would not stay again. Location great for weekend visit. Floor very dirty. Rest of home was clean. Beds were too hard for good night sleep. The sofa was comfortable to watch football game. Thank you for hospitality and communication.

We are glad that you enjoyed your weekend! We have a professional cleaning crew who services the property after every stay. If there is ever an issue with the clean, we will not hesitate to send them back asap to fix anything needed. That being said, this guest stayed when the parking lot was being resurfaced so the floor may have become dirty quickly when they arrived due to the grit from outside. It is difficult to provide beds that cater to all guests' firmness preferences, but we have not had anyone leave feedback about them being uncomfortable before that we can remember.

Wonderful property and extremely helpful hosts!!
First, David and Patti are amazing! Very responsive to texts! The property is exactly how it lists! The neighborhood is safe and quiet with access to the beach right across the road. There are a few restaurants close to the property and St Augustine is only 4 miles away. Everything that we needed to make a meal in was there, just bring groceries! If you are looking for a clean, close to the beach, comfy condo, this is your place! We will be back!! Thank you guys again for a wonderful experience!

Absolutely wonderful
This property is exceptionally clean. Everything is just as listed. It is spacious and well kept! Love the full kitchen and washer/dryer amenities! I would highly recommend. It is located directly across the road from a beach access and everything is with-in a 10 minute drive, grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy, etc!

Nice condo- great location
The location can't be beat- the ocean is literally right across the street. The pool looked nice, but we never used it. The condo was very clean. The owners were very responsive when I contacted them, which I really appreciated. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking- we cooked almost every meal. The inside of the condo was really cute. The neighbors were very nice- they let us park in their spot one day when ours was taken. The outside of the complex was not as updated as I thought it would be, but that is not in the owners' control. Everything else was great.

Perfect lil Getaway
Our grown kids and granddaughter joined us for a long weekend at Crescent Beach. This was our first time staying at Pelican Inlet and it did not disappoint. The grounds are well kept and the pool clean and well equipped with lounge chairs and tables with chairs. This unit is comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for dining out, putt putt, the beach, and shopping. We will consider staying here again in the future.

Pelican Inlet Vacation Review
Modest curb appeal belies a very clean unit (C217) within a very well maintained complex. We were unable to use the unheated pool because it was too cold out (late-December cold snap), however the pool itself was large and lovely. Beach access was right across the street. We thought it a good value for the price. We communicated with the owners several times. They responded immediately.
