My wife and I spent 3 nights in July 2024\. On property parking is a definite perk. The my wife and I fell in love with St. Francis as soon as we arrived. Beautiful courtyard and quaint inn. The breakfast was good and coffee was also great and always available. Everyone was so nice and helpful with directions and ideas of what to do for our first visit to St. Augustine. A heads up… it’s really hot in the summer obviously but the gnats love to harass you just about anywhere you go in St. Augustine. The Old Town Trolley has a stop nearby and you get can tickets from the inn. So it made it that much easier to get around. We had Lilly’s room because that’s what was available at the time. It’s not too big but for a couple that’s not planning on spending too much time in the room it was perfect.
