This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a business trip, with so much to see and do in the World Golf Village, St Augustine and Jacksonville! The condo is well appointed and very clean. The community is so peaceful and safe. A perfect retreat for a couple, a single's quiet getaway, or for business traveler's who want to unwind after a hectic day. There are plenty of amenties too, if that is your desire; pools, waking trail, fitness center, and on-site golf club restaurant. Have no second thoughts about staying at this property. ##### Shari C. This beautiful, spacious and very comfortable studio was perfect for us! It had everything we needed and more! The Laterra grounds are beautiful and the amenities plentiful. Timely, efficient, kind, wholesome, and truly take pride in what they do. I haven’t experienced a better start than here. Met me on day one, took me in his car to show me around the facilities and neighborhood. The place is clean and orderly. He greeted us and then gave us a shuttled tour of the property. Then Al showed us to our room and shared all the details about the areas. This was the best VRBO experience I’ve ever had so far.
