The property was OK. Nothing special but exactly what you would think you would get for the price. The location of the property is nice, directly across from the pier, there is a gas station next-door, and within walking distance to several places to eat.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is basic, but clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet. The beach is just across the street. They have coffee available in the lobby in the morning and tea 24 hours, which was a nice amenity.

Best value possible for pleasant stay on Anastasia Island in St.Augustine, Florida. This is a no frills, motel style stay. There is no fancy lobby, room service, or complimentary breakfast. Also, there is no closet or rack for hanging clothes. However, the beds and sheets are clean and fresh. The air conditioning was excellent. The room and shower, very clean. The pool was clean and provided towels for us. The staff couldn’t be nicer. The price allowed us to spend our dollars on tours and fine dining. It’s all in what you’re prioritizing. I’d stay here again.
