This comfortable, one-level home is located in a cozy surf-side town. It is fully equipped with everything you'll need for your next vacation including a tropical poolside area. Enjoy family time around a dining table that fits the whole family. Kitchen bar seats 6 with an additional 4 seat table close by. Enjoy the sea air and a cup of coffee for 2 on the front gazebo or relax with the whole group on the pool deck with 4 different access points. Wind down at night to your favorite shows on choice of 2 big screens, (sitting area or living room) with smart TVs and Xfinity WiFi.

- This is a stand alone, private, 1 level house in a residential neighborhood
- Sleeps 10 Guests (8 Adults max with 2 per bed, 2 children under 12 on futon chair, no more than 10 allowed in the home at all times)
- Infants need to be noted but do not count as part of guest count.
- 1 pack n play, 1 bassinet & 1 high chair is supplied

Guests who book are required to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of their ID and provide a Security Deposit Hold (hold only not a charge) of $400 for any potential damages processed through our direct secure server.
