Communication was always quick. The beach is steps away with a fantastic view from the deck. The grocery store, a few shops and restaurants are a 5 min walk. If you want to relax this is the place you should go. You won’t “have” to leave the house basically, and when you decide you want to go out it’s 10 min to drive downtown. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed during our stay. The location is perfect- just a short walk across the dunes to the beach. Vilano Beach is a great little beach town with a laid-back vibe. Responses from management to our questions were prompt and friendly. The view from the master bedroom was a lot better than I expected - you can see the beach perfectly even without being the farthest out location. The location was perfect if you are looking for a quiet place. It’s just steps away from Vilano Beach and Publix and a few stores and restaurant and just about 10 minutes away from St. Augustine with little traffic. The place was extremely clean and had a lot of beach supplies that I’m assuming others had left, plus it had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The check out process was simple just lock it up! The only thing to be aware of is that the parking situation is somewhat tight right at the property door but there are other spots near the pool. Also, please be prepared to only park one vehicle at the property door.Please note: there are keys when you check in that aren’t really clear what they are for. Plus, my listing mentioned a hot tub but we didn’t find one (we may have missed it). Overall great location and would highly recommend. ##### Courtney R.
